Your tour will be interactive and educational.  You will see beautiful scenery and experience the mountains in addition to learning about the local history, wildlife, and sustainable, safe backcountry travel.

Details

Payment
All bookings require a credit card for reservations which can be done online, by email, or by phone. 
Tour prices are per person and subject to 5% G.S.T.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the tour and will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior and no shows will be charged the full price.
If a tour is cancelled due to conditions beyond our control such as adverse weather, all attempts will be made to reschedule, otherwise a refund or credit will be given.
 

Transportation
Transportation is provided for all tours. Details provide when tour arrangements are made at the time of booking.

Meals
Lunch and/or a BBQ dinner are available upon request.

What to Expect

Weather
The weather in the mountains can change quickly so it is recommended to check the forecast and be prepared by layering and having rain gear.  In the instance of severe weather and other unforeseen circumstances, Rocky Mountain Safaris reserves the right to cancel the trip for safety reasons.

Clothing
Proper footwear is a must.  Sandals are not appropriate and hiking boots with ankle support are recommended with good running shoes a minimum.  Insulated boots are recommended for winter outings.

Liability Release and Medical Questionaire
Activities in the mountains involve inherent risks which are outlined in the Release of Liability Agreement.  All guests or their guardian are required to read and sign the applicable waiver before participating.
